Meet the founder
Helen Insley is the founder of QEL Properties Limited. She leads the business with a practical focus on property condition, clear communication and responsible decision-making.
Our family has more than 50 years of experience in the building trade. That background brings a practical understanding of refurbishment, maintenance and the importance of planning work properly.
Alongside this, we have more than 15 years' experience letting quality, compliant homes. These two areas of experience shape how QEL Properties assesses opportunities, communicates with property owners and approaches accommodation.
